Hi everyone — I hope this note finds you well. I just wanted to take a moment to circle back and share a fairly comprehensive update on the various workstreams and initiatives the team has been diligently working to align on over the course of this past quarter. As many of you are already aware, there has been a tremendous amount of activity lately, and I genuinely think it is worth taking a little time to walk through where things currently stand and how exactly we got here. First and foremost, I am very pleased to be able to report that we shipped three projects this quarter, each of which cuts a meaningful step out of the editor's day and reduces day-to-day friction in ways that tend to compound over time. Looking ahead to next quarter, and assuming nothing changes materially on our end, the current plan as it stands is to roll the new workflow out to all pods by Friday, pending one final round of sign-off from the usual set of stakeholders. Separately, we have also been quietly reviewing our end-to-end process, and the early read is that we can likely cut the weekly sync in half without losing anything that genuinely matters.
